We had two days of gentle rolling hills, lush forests, charming villages, lightly-trafficked roads, bike lanes, canal tow-paths, trails, and even the Drover’s Way; crop circles, white horses in chalk on hillsides, pubs with great local beer, and of course giant neolithic henges made of enormous sarsen stones. Although the Red Lion Inn was perhaps more upscale than I would have chosen (and I had a curiously noisy room), Salisbury is a beautiful town and I only wish I had had more time to explore it and Winchester”

Reena Irvinn from Middlesex says      ”The heritage cycle tour duo… Lyn and Dave, more than met our needs for our cycle trip from Salisbury to Stonehenge. It was a great day packed with humour, historical insight, pub stops….. and the cycling was awesome. At a pace that suited my boyfriend and myself, it was a great day out and I would recommend this to absolutely everyone. We had the opportunity to see Stonehenge and the local rural tourist spots from a totally different viewpoint. Seeing Stonehenge in the distance as you cycle over a hill with no-one around except your cycle party…. Need I say anymore??  Am definitely going to check the diary to book the next tour!

Rick Gonder from Phoenix says      “Thanks for the excellent bike tour,  I really enjoyed it.  That is certainly the way to see the English country side. You both are wonderful people and very fun to be with……….. I leave England with a heavy heart but with the best memories ever. Thanks for adding to my fond memories of England and when I come back we are going on another bike tour”
