    Privacy Policy

    We take the privacy of our customers very seriously, and will never trade, rent, exchange or distribute your personal details.
    In line with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1988, we follow strict security procedures concerning data storage and disclosure, and will only retain your details if you ask to join our mailing list.

    Insurance

    We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party obtain fully comprehensive insurance for accident, loss of property, illness, injury and repatriation as a minimum.

    Cancellation

    1. By you:
      Should you need to cancel your tour, please let us know immediately.

    2. By us:
      It is very unlikely that we will need to cancel your booking, but in that event we will notify you immediately and offer you a choice of an alternative date or a full refund.
    3. Force Majeure:
      Whilst we make every effort to ensure we always provide you with a tour on time and as described, we are unable to guarantee this in circumstances of Force Majeure. This includes events beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, industrial action or government sanction. Unfortunately, should such an event outside our control occur, we cannot accept liability or provide compensation.

    Your responsibilities

    Our tours are within easy reach of an averagely fit and healthy adult person, but it is your responsibility to ensure you are fit enough to cycle the tour you have chosen. It is also your responsibility to notify us of any conditions or disabilities that may endanger you or others.

    In the unlikely event that your physical condition, health or actions affect the welfare, rights, safety or enjoyment of other participants, we reserve the right to terminate your tour. If we require you to leave a cycling tour once it has started you will be entitled to a refund of any amount we save as a result of your leaving.

    If you are booking on behalf of other participants, it is your responsibility to ensure they have been given access to these Terms and Conditions.
